Elm Lodge has private parking area right beside the apartment a ramp leads onto the deck. A set of French doors are the entry. It is essentially a large room, 7.5 metres x 5 metres with a 3-metre high ceiling. It is set up for a single person or couple. Has a small lounge/ study area with a lovely outlook, comfortable armchairs, a small table, a large study desk positioned under the window and a TV mounted on the wall. The basic galley kitchen is well equipped cutlery, crockery and utensils, bar fridge & a variety of portable options for cooking inside, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwich press, and good storage. The small dining table is positioned nearby and is extendable. The bedroom alcove has a good quality and comfortable queen bed, bedside tables, hanging rack and set of draws. A separate spacious bathroom which includes the toilet and a large shower 1.6 m x 1 m. All linen, towels & bathrobes provided, bed made up. It is surrounded by an extensive garden, has outdoor furniture, peaceful garden views and a barbeque available on request.

The studio is completely self-contained with off-street parking. Guests can self-check-in by collecting the key from a key safe mounted on the wall next to the entry. A code will be sent on the day guests are checking in

Guests have sole use of the garden above the car-park, use the outdoor furniture for cheese and biscuits or sit under the elm trees in summer with a good book while listening to the ocean in the background. Guests are free to spend time in the extensive gardens on the rest of the block and welcome pick some fresh fruit or vegetables and herbs to use in cooking meals. The driveway is a shared space.
